My new photo book: Dance!

Book Dance!

Book Dance!

Since I remember myself, I couldn’t dance. My legs didn’t do what I hope that they could do. Beyond that, I have no feeling with rhythm. Simple circle dances were my utmost achievement. Even then, I had to pay attention very well to what others beside me did. Therefore I looked always with admiration to people who could dance.
Turning be a visual artist, the routes to watch the movements of dancers and fetch them on photos were short. Being able to take quick snapshots, I could merge this ability with “catching” the fast movements of dancers. I prefer to do that when the dancers are down to the basics, means natural naked or body-painted.
For years I have been working on this theme and in recent years almost exclusively. The reason is that my physical condition still allows that. That is why I decided to put together a book about dancing.
Not all models in my book are dancers. Actually, most of them are not. Nevertheless, I suppose that the ease of their movements is very refreshing and inspiring.
This book is the result of almost 30 years of efforts: of the dancers and of mine. Look at it here, enjoy and purchase it, if you like!
